I contacted Jim about my mother’s dryer not working. He arrived the next day, was prompt and courteous. Very reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable about household appliances. Highly recommend Jim!

He also sold us our portable dishwasher when we first moved into our home and it worked great! We would, and have, recommended J&B every time we have been asked! 😊
Jim Fanslau is the best and the only one I would call. He does awesome work and he fixed my refrigerator, my washer and my stove. My stove took a crap on Thanksgiving and he was willing to come over on a holiday to get it fixed but he was able to talk me through video chat. He is the only one I trust working on any of my stuff
Jim is great at what he does and has lots of experience, he is flexible with me as I am a 3rd shifter. I would recommend he to anyone.

When our dryer went out, a bit of panic set over the house as we quickly realized we didn't have a backup to drying our laundry. Jim came in to the rescue, and on a very short notice! His repair was quick and his rates were very reasonable. The dryer is once again working with the new part, and our cloths are back to smelling fresh. Everything was upfront and honest with Jim. He also conveniently takes credit cards! Thanks for the quick and professional service. I would highly recommend Jim for any appliance repair need.
