Joel has been perfect with all contract work. Started work earlier than previous plans, was quick with all drywall work to help with soundproofing, and was very exact. Would give 10 stars if possible
Just bad customer service. After you order products you get the “idk” treatment with a smile. I do multiple renovations every year. I used this company because my contractor lives nearby. Huge mistake. With a very big smile they tell you “sorry we messed up” and “sorry we don’t know when your products are coming in.” Everyday they tell me “next truck.”
