I hate giving one star reviews, especially to black small business but I’ve never had a worse experience in my life than I had with this salon…. I scheduled a wash and silk press at 10 am THE DAY BEFORE my appointment and expressed to the stylist that I needed to finish before my work shift started at 3 pm. I get to the salon at 10 to see that the shop is closed. I called the office number and someone finally answered sounding like they just woke up and said they were “on their way”. I had my hair done for 1st time in a long time. Malika did her big one on me. She styled my hair like it was in tracks. It was perfect. She really went above and beyond my expectations. 5 stars for my experience at jazz'z salon. Malika made it a positive experience. Will be going back soon. Thank You!
We made an appt, turned up and the place was closed. No response to our calls and no explanation .
