I went to this salon for the first time yesterday for an updo with hair added; needed a fresh look for my birthday today. The customer service experience was exceptional. I was pleased with my hair style results and the level of professionalism demonstrated by Ms. Jazzy and her staff.

Honestly where do I begin? Jazzy's braids is first and foremost an experience! When you walk through the door the energy is beyond welcoming and the lovely ladys who take care of your hair, treat you like their own children. I've honestly been to a decent amount of salons and very few even offer a portion of the skill and etiquette! If you want braids, locs and a lot more done and done right, then go to jazzy's foreal!
