We are a full service Jazzercise offering approximately 15 classes a week combining Dance Mixx, Interval, Strike, Fusion, Flip Fusion and Strength 30! We include 2 Low Impact classes (Tues/Thurs at 9:00 am) and STRENGTH30 on Sundays at 4:30 pm. Morning, evening and weekend classes available! Come see what everyone is talking about!
