I am new to town as of two weeks ago. For starters, the most important part. Everyone at this gym, to include trainers, owner, and even the members are amazing! It’s a great community with real camaraderie. They’ve made us feel welcomed and right at home with advice, suggestions, the run down of what’s around etc. When working out, if I want to give up or think I have nothing left, they motivate me through it (safely). Through the eyes of a newbie... I have been a member of a local "traditional" gym for many years. I have been successful at times, and I have become MIA, but one thing stayed consistent: no one noticed. I started at Shenandoah Crossfit because I wanted better results, more support, and a sense of community. I am far from athletic, over the hill, and have limitations, and that's okay. We all show up each day at different levels with the same goal: to support each other and do our best. Thank you!
Had a fantastic time dropping in. I was just driving through the area, and happened to find this gym, great coaching, awesome workout, would make the trip again for sure!
Gym is clean, members are very welcoming and the Coaches are the best in the area! Solid credentials, attentive during class , great instruction!!
