Every time I leave my face burns so much from smiling and I feel like I’ve gotten a whole face lift!!!Every class makes me feel so empowered and uplifted from all the wonderful ladies and instructors who teach with compassion and understanding. As a student here, I have seen how each instructor’s teaching style highlights that we are all starting somewhere different and each fitness journey is unique.
Fly Fitness is a pole dancing and lyra (also called "aerial hoop") gym in Winchester, Virginia. It was introduced to me by my fiancé, as she began taking classes here. My fiancé absolutely loves it. She is always looking forward to her next class, always excited to try something new; or work on improving a move she's familiar with. This a great place. The teachers and fellow students are so supportive. If you want to empower yourself with a group of women this is the place to go.
This is my safe place. This is my home away from home. These women have taught me so much in the past two years about my own strength , power , self worth , confidence and more. I’ve made wonderful bonds along the way. I love everybody and everything about Fly Fitness. I’m so lucky to have found this place because it gave me a sense of community like never before.
