This is a new Jazzercise center, conveniently located in the Fresh Market Center. Photos don't do it justice. This beautiful space has an incredible floor that is gentle on knees, hips and joints. I have two titanium knees and know the importance of a good floor! Debby Higginbotham has been teaching for over 30 years and is incredible. I am partial to the low impact impact classes due to orthopedic issues which has helped me tremendously.
