I have never tried Jazzercise before but have heard great things. I did not know what to expect going in. I have permanent nerve damage so I was scared of it being too much. The doctors kept telling me I needed to get moving more..to get that blood circulating. The instructor was great at showing us how to modify the movements to make it easier for those of us who needed it. The instructor, Sarah Brown, is great! I have loved the class and loved the people.

I love this class! Definitely one of the best workouts I’ve ever been introduced to as it incorporates interval & strength training, dance, kickboxing, Pilates, and more! The music is current and the instructors are hilarious. Overall, a great group of people, a ton of fun, and a very fulfilling workout. So glad I signed up!
