Love this place. Great workout for people of all levels (even me :). I love the Cardio Stretch Class. I also like that there are morning and evening classes. Can ways find a time. You guys are great! Thank you!
Never thought I would enjoy exercising and I look forward to each class. 😊Wonderful, welcoming and supportive community. I really like the evening class hours 5 pm or 6 pm.
This the most fun workout! It’s the perfect mix of cardio and weights set to fun music in an extremely supportive environment. You can choose heavy dumbbells and make it as challenging as you want. All of the instructors are so motivating while still making every class fun. And the members are the most welcoming group I’ve ever met!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I joined not sure what to expect and fell in love with it immediately. The instructors truly care about my journey and are so encouraging. Recently I was having a bad day and once I got to class with Coach Adam my whole outlook on the day changed, it was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders. The classes are so fun, yet challenging. Love the instructors and their energy, they really care about your workout, your journey and you. You’re always greeted positively by smiling faces when you enter.
