My happy place!!
I love Jazzercise! I've tried other workouts, but nothing compares to Jazzercise. It's the most fun and effective workout that lets me get my cardio and strength training in at the same time. It's such a great stress reliever after work for me, and I'm always excited to go to class.
Best workout in Lake Charles! All of the instructors are so personable and make the classes fun! And they don’t mind that I sing along while working out, lol
