I have been exercising at Jazzercise Flagstaff for over a year and really appreciate the atmosphere of friendliness, support and commitment among those who staff and patronize the business. The music is current, the cardio is challenging and the integrated strength training provides a holistic workout. Thanks to the dedicated Owner, Instructors, Class Managers, Babysitters, and Ladies/Men who work out for making this a daily joy!
Where can you get a full-body workout before 7:00 A.M. while most of the people you know are yawning their way out of bed? Where can you listen to music that maybe you're not typically exposed to but oddly enough puts a smile on your face and a shake in your hips?
