Very cool studio! I'm visiting Decatur and took a single class. The instructor was FABULOUS and I got a great workout. Nice mood, very friendly!

The place was a little small for me and had no mirrors. I didn't really understand some of the dance moves. They seemed kind of slopy, and some felt like they weren't doing anything for my body. I also couldn't understand the instructor's words through the mic.
So much fun, so much sweating and burning calories.
