Had my first class with Sonya today. The class was challenging but completely within my ability and I felt very welcome by both Sonya and my classmates. I'm sad I'm off to New York on Wednesday and won't be able to come next Sunday, but I am definitely going to be a regular in this class going forward. Thank you!!!!
I have enjoyed Jazzercising at the Decatur facility for many years. They offer a wide variety of class times to accommodate busy schedules. The instructors are fantastic. I love to dance and classes are full of high-energy dance routines, in addition to strength training.
My mom invited me to come and I haven't stopped since I love the classes especially the 7:00pm classes Ms. Sonya and Bonnie are great instructors
