This Jazzercize studio brings the joy! The music is the perfect blend of hip and nostalgia. The instructors provide spot on guidance so you get the best work out possible. They are considerate and helpful and interested in bringing the fun and the sweat at the same time. The crowd is welcoming and no one takes themselves too seriously. I recently joined a gym near my home, and my experience has been very positive so far. The gym has a clean and modern environment with high-quality equipment for different types of workouts. It includes separate areas for cardio, weight training, and strength exercises. The atmosphere inside the gym is energetic and motivating, which encourages people to work harder and stay focused on their fitness goals.
Have been going to Jazzercise since 1990s! The classes are excellent for "keeping me coming back"! I really love the distraction of the great music and the camaraderie of all the people in my classes (some have been there as long as I have). Jazzercise used to really help me get through the stresses of a crazy career, but now I'm retired and need to keep fit and work on my core (in case of falls). Thank goodness for Jazzercise.
