I recently joined a gym near my home, and my experience has been very positive so far. The gym has a clean and modern environment with high-quality equipment for different types of workouts. It includes separate areas for cardio, weight training, and strength exercises. The atmosphere inside the gym is energetic and motivating, which encourages people to work harder and stay focused on their fitness goals.
Have been going to Jazzercise since 1990s! The classes are excellent for "keeping me coming back"! I really love the distraction of the great music and the camaraderie of all the people in my classes (some have been there as long as I have). Jazzercise used to really help me get through the stresses of a crazy career, but now I'm retired and need to keep fit and work on my core (in case of falls). Thank goodness for Jazzercise. Jazzercise Mira Mesa is a great place to receive a 5 star workout in an atmosphere that is accepting, social, friendly and FUN! Instructors are well trained and informative to lead the class to get the best and safest workout they can get!!
I have always wanted to try dance fitness & finally did come the New Year! First class is Free so I figured I'd check it out... I got hooked! All the women are ao welcoming and the atmosphere is definitely just have fun, no judgment! I love how great I feel after class like I got a crazy workout in while not feeling the full exhaustion afterwards. It's become a part of my workout routines and Im loving it ! Highly recommend to check it out if you're in the fence about, you'll love it!
