Best way to start the day! Jazzercise has been a staple in my life for the past 6 years. I remember thinking the workouts were more intense than I expected when I first started, which was great! Calories burned, muscles toned and friendships made!
I LOVE Jazzercise to the point of addiction. It's a great way to workout with friends and not to mention the instructors who push you to your limits!
