I have been part of Royal Oak Jazzercise for 25 years. Yes, 25 years! I was a customer for six years and I have been an instructor for almost 19 years. I joined the first day that I went, which was April 10, 2000. I was hooked the first day. Everyone is so welcoming and I feel like I am dancing instead of working out. The sound level at this studio has consistently been too loud multiple times per week over the last few months, even weeks after the new sound system arrived. I know that I can comfortably tolerate 70 decibels without earplugs (which is equivalent to a vacuum cleaner or a normal noisy restaurant), and my earplugs take 25 decibels off the top, which means I can withstand being in a room at 90+ decibels while wearing earplugs. I’ve come in here twice when visiting my family, they are so fun, professional and accommodating. The first time there were only 2 in the class, the second time I brought 10 family members to an already packed class of 30 for a Christmas gift. The instructors sold it, 100% whether they have a full or empty class. Very good people!
