The instructors are high energy and really get you in the mood to give your best! The moves are pretty easy to follow and most instructors cue (let you know what move is coming up) very well. This group is like an encouraging family, even for the guys like me who work out here!
Absolutely love this place!! Amazing friends and fun exercise! Classes all day and all week. No judgement at all. Time flies while working out
