What a fun way to workout! The music makes it really fun and go by quickly. But it’s still a great workout—increase heart rate and builds muscle—I especially enjoy the Sunday cardio sculpt followed by the stretch. It’s a whole body workout and core strengthening while also having fun.
Amazing workout! Even guys can do it! The instructors are high energy and motivating!
