Love it! It's the only form of exercise I have found to work for me and that I will stick with. One hour class, burn 600+ calories and 1,000+ steps on your Tidbit! Lol!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CENTER...the women there are FABULOUS...I work in retail and whether I attend classes in the morning or evenings it is such a stress release♥️♥️
