I just moved to Missouri and I haven't taken Jazzercise classes in many years! I've taken 3 classes so far and it has been great! 😆
It’s my happy place. Greatest way to exercise that is fun and entertaining. Does not feel like a workout, it’s just fun. The instructors are great as are the students. I have lifelong friendships I’ve made at Jazz.
