Waited a year to review Jazzercise Edmond. Great teachers, great classes, great community of teachers and GREAT RESULTS!! I have built muscle, endurance and flexibility. Folks of all ages and fitness levels. Huge Jazzercise fan now!!!
I was looking for a place to work out and found a friendly place to belong. The number of classes offered make it convenient for working moms to make it to early or late classes. Childcare is also offered at no additional cost during certain class times. All skill and experience levels can feel comfortable at any class as there are NO mirrors in the workout area! AND no one is watching you as they have their eyes on the instructor leading the class!
I am so thrilled I joined Jazzercise! It is always a great workout (400-500 calories burned per class for me), but more than that is is a great community of positive, uplifting people! I couldn't recommend it more.
