Went to celebrate my cousins birthday and had a great time and food was good..
Ralph's Brennans Jazz Kitchen was wonderful! The food was incredible! I loved the bbq shrimp with grits and the gumbo. The banana foster and beinets were yummy! Great service and a fun atmosphere and loved the music. Like the picture postcard they take of your table. Executive Chef Darrin Finkels food is amazing!
We were very disappointed with our experience. Our party went to Ralph's for drinks and possibly some appetizers. While sitting outside seemed like an okay idea at the time, during our visit the heat lamps on both sides of our table went out. It was unseasonably cold this weekend. We were informed there wasn't a way to replace the heat lamps until the next day. We were not given an option to move to a warmer area of the outside dining, nor offered a table inside. A wonderful place to have an amazing meal in Downtown Disney! The staff is always very polite and not overly attentive. The food is always spot on, and the beignets are a must!

I love everything about this place!! The food, the service, the venue, the atmosphere, and especially our waiter Hector! He was fabulous especially when he made the Banana Foster..what a fabulous treat!! Thank you Hector!!
Terrible service times 10. Wish I could give them no stars. Food is decent but customer service goes a long way. Will not be returning there.
This place never dissapoints. Been here twice. Both times with parties of 15 or more and the service was perfect. The Asiago chicken is amazing! At the end of the meal, there were no left overs. I will continue to go back often �
