I paid a visit to Jazz Cuts Hair Salon recommended by a friend. Local and close by. Very affordable and I was extremely satisfied with my haircut. I showed a picture to the lady who cut my hair and let her know I had a pending professional appointment and she used her skills to get me primed and presentable. A definite hidden gem in Scarborough. I’ll be back soon.
Had amazing experience. Ladies particularly were not so friendly but they have some serious skills. They were not rushing and gave perfect haircut. Keep it up guys!!
This woman’s are crazy about tips ! I didn’t like their act and service so I didn’t wanted to tip her still she added one dollar tip by herself ! This same woman didn’t tip me when she was my customer lol .
The haircut experience was average. The staff seemed more focused on finishing quickly and asking for tips rather than giving proper attention to the haircut itself. I don’t want to say it was bad, but the customer care could definitely improve. If they spent a few extra minutes understanding the customer and working on the details, the haircut quality could be much better. Overall, not terrible, but not a place that gives a great customer experience either.
