Negligent! I don’t recommend after they not only installed my windshield incorrectly but they caused $2000 worth of damage because they didn’t know how to remove my cars sensors. HORRIBLE customer service. An all around terrible experience!!!
I normally don't do this because I try to support black owned businesses, but Jazz Auto Glass is not a black owned business that I will support any longer. Went to the location on Greenwell Springs road on today 05/29/2020 at 11:45 to have a windshield replaced. When I got there the guy told me that it would be a 45 minute wait and it would be 45 minutes to replace the windshield. I called and asked about pricing and appointments, I was told they were booked for that particular day but I could do a walkin this morning. Ok fine....I arrived at 8:45 this morning to only be told her couldn't do my tint because its appointments only. I told him everything he told me on the day before. Very rude! Then asked if I wanted to make an appointment and I told him no, I'll take my services elsewhere. He hung up in my face.

This is the perfect place to visit for a new windshield. I am a repeat customer. I’ve had windshields installed on three separate vehicles from them and I am happy with the price and service every time. Thanks.
I normally don't do this but stay away from Jazz Auto Glass! Dude quoted me a cash price but when it was time to pay gave another one! What's jacked up about is that's its black owned and I DO NOW AND HAS ALWAYS SUPPORTED BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES! Dude had an ASSTITUDE WHEN I TRIED TO REFRESH HIS MEMORY! JAZZ AUTO WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME! Dude is AN ASSHOLE! STAY AWAY!
If you need tint on your glass do not I repeat DO NOT go to Jazz Auto Glass on Greenwell !!!!! The Manager is never there, the workers are young you can't talk to them if you have a problem && the work is unprofessional there were bubbles and scratches in my tint. I brought my vehicle back and they did redo it just to get my vehicle back with the same issue. The job that Jazz Auto Glass did was work of someone who was just learning to tint! They were very non compliant!!!! It sucks that money was waisted!!!
Jazz Glass provided a service for me that was the quickest I have ever had a windshield and door glass put in my vehicle! I was also very impressed with the courteous, professional care and SPOT ON precision might i say spot on and PAINLESS!
