I have ordered boots twice in July 2024, 1st pair jazame led me to believe that my package was on its way. According to ups they never got a package from Jazame. I did get refunded however why lead me on to expect me boots. I ordered a 2nd pair it was in stock this was about 10 days ago, I paid for expedited delivery. I purchased a pair of sandals with arch support 1 size up for $58 They were irregular and did not fit my feet correctly as ALL other sandals I've purchased fit. I contacted someone. They instructed me to send them back ( I paid shipping). That's it !!! I haven't been able to get my money back and do not respond to my emails any more. They have the sandals and my money. I have tried for over a month to contact someone about a return and have yet to speak with anyone. Multiple emails and multiple phone calls. I even paid to ship the item back which cost nearly the same as I paid for the pair of shoes, and no response. No refund or option to exchange. No nothing. Lesson learned -- will never get my business again. NEVER.
