Avoid this place at all costs for a haircut! I went in with healthy long hair, needing it trimmed to shoulder length due to an upcoming shoulder surgery, and clearly explained my situation. I specifically requested a simple, one-length cut with curtain bangs and no layers. My hair was handled by two ladies. The first lady, who neither spoke English nor Hindi, did not follow my instructions and cut my hair longer than shoulder length.
