I called JayZee Electrical about my washing machine not working properly and spoke to Jason. Although he couldn’t come out until later in the afternoon, he took the time to help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. He talked me through what to check, identified the problem, and explained it was a simple fix I could do myself. He even told me exactly what part to order and where to get it online.
