Went there for a going away. Server dropped an entire tray of food. Aside from sweeping it up, they left the remainder of it on the floor. 45 mins, and several request later, they finally cleaned it up. Oh and btw, it took an additional 90 mins to bring out new dishes. The general manager did NOT come to apologize, instead, they sent their servers. Over priced and horrible management skills.

I’m so sorry that has happened to you. Can you please explain to me in more detail so I can talk to all my staff about this incident. I have talked to the GM of Jay’s in Downtown and he does not recall any of this incident happened. Did this happened at Jay's Sushi & Burger Bar in Downtown or at Jay’s Kitchen on Spence, so I can talked to the right people so this will never happened. Again, I apologize for this incident and thank you for letting us know about this.

Excellent sushi! Great food! Don’t expect it to be the lowest price, however. They are moderately priced. Good value for the money, however!
