Edited. I originally have this a two star because we had a dinner that was pretty bad. Decided to give it a chance for breakfast today and I must say, I think it's probably the best breakfast in Rifle. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Great service. Glad we have it another go. At the very least, will definitely be my new breakfast destination. Yum!

Hey Marcia, we are so sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your visit with us. If a customer ever has an issue and lets us know, we do our best to fix it at that time, before they leave. So please let your server know, there is always a supervisor on the premises. On our steakhouse burger we do place the bleu cheese in between the onion rings in order to hold everything in place, and our chips are homemade, so they are thicker than your store bought chips. We hope you come back and give us a chance to make this right.
I try to have a steak from Jays once a week and look forward to my day off breakfast! It's a great place to eat without so much commotion! Our little secret❤️
Most restaurants err on the side of caution when you order your meat rare! Not at Jay's and thank goodness! Your steak will be rare if order it that way, your burger will be pink if ordered medium rare! Thanks to Jay and his staff for an always delicious meal and enjoyable experience every time I'm there! It's a go to place for me and my family and when I'm taking customers out to lunch or dinner!

The best place to eat for lunch and dinner, and on the weekends they have an awesome breakfast that is priced right. The family atmosphere makes it a very special place to eat.
