Delicious food, fresh delicious salad. We had the grilled scallops, wedge salad, asparagus, horseradish mashed potatoes, flourless chocolate cake, creme brûlée strong hot coffee too! Excellent server, Alyssa, she made sure we were well taken care of and had all we needed. I will definitely stop again when in the area.
Not friendly. Dirty looks as you come through the door. Like you are the bane of their existence. Nasty hostess. Avoid this place. Go to Thai 9 next door. They are actually happy to have you.
My husband and I are visiting from Florida and after spending the day at the Air Force museum, we were looking for a nice, not fast food, place to have dinner. I google searched for seafood restaurants and Jays showed up. I had a fantastic fisherman’s platter, cod, scallops, shrimp and oysters with green beans, and Michael had a delicious piece of cod, also with green beans. If you get the server, Kim, you will have excellent service! The Scallops in Scotch sauce are delicious, and the Lemon Vinegarette salad dressing is so yummy. Add to all of this a wonderful atmosphere, and DC you have a wonderful experience!
