Jay and Randy did a great job replacing the commode if you older Wausau home. We have already planned our next project with Jays Plumbing. I would recommend Jay every time!
I own a local business, and we had an emergency this morning when someone accidentally flushed a bottle down our only office toilet. With over 100 people coming through the office today, we desperately needed it fixed. I called Jay’s Plumbing, and they were at our office within an hour. Jay and Randy carefully checked the trap, confirmed the bottle had passed through, and reassured us the toilet was safe to use. The most impressive part? Worst experience ever. I was given a firm quote and scheduled the work to be done. I was then told it would be several hundred dollars more. The owner, Jay, would not honor the original firm quote. This is unprofessionsal and unacceptable as a business. This is the classic bait and switch. I will never call or recommend this plumbing company.
