I own a local business, and we had an emergency this morning when someone accidentally flushed a bottle down our only office toilet. With over 100 people coming through the office today, we desperately needed it fixed. I called Jay’s Plumbing, and they were at our office within an hour. Worst experience ever. I was given a firm quote and scheduled the work to be done. I was then told it would be several hundred dollars more. The owner, Jay, would not honor the original firm quote. This is unprofessionsal and unacceptable as a business. This is the classic bait and switch. I will never call or recommend this plumbing company. A Shameful Experience – Avoid This Business I absolutely would not recommend using this company. From the very start, it was clear that the intent was to upcharge the project and push the budget to its maximum, rather than provide honest and fair service. Jay and Randy are extremely knowledgeable, do exceptionally quality work, care not only about the work but also the customer, make sure you understand all you need to know, left everything very clean, identified another issue for me and also repaired that, very kind, A#1 Company, reasonably priced.
