I had an issue with cleaning some gold due to some pieces being hollow and tarnished from cleaning solution being absorbed. I brought the pieces in had them cleaned in store and also learned how to maintain them properly from the expert. Great learning experience and professional service.
Brought gold to make earrings which was received at later date than promised.Earrings were very light.disppointed.expressed to clerk who did nothing...Felt I loss my gold and paid so much for a job that was not done as promised.
I bought 3 gold sleepers from Jays and cost me $120. I went to clean them and two were not even gold they are of bronze material. I’ve cleaned them a few times and still they are completely discolored. You can see the difference between the gold and the bronze. Will not shop here again
Jay’s jewellers are the best. They smile and laugh and give you a great customer support. I had my ring to be sized, it was done in a timely fashioned/mannered. I love and enjoy my ring now. I would certainly recommend Jay’s jewellery for a great customer experience!
