I went earlier this year for my birthday, was greatly disappointed. They changed their menu and all the staff was replaced, I had been going for many years and when I found out my favorite food was replaced, the new food was overpriced and no where near as good, we found out management had changed and no wonder it went downhill. Sadly, jay's is dead. bad choice in changing the food and staff. Lost loyal long time customers
Horrible experience on Saturday night, 8/18/18, waited over 35 minutes for our food that never came and nobody checked on us for refills, the place was empty, left money on table for drinks and left, manager called cops for dine-n-dash, see video for her ugly profanity laced tirade. https://youtu.be/Uvc31TVBIbA Waited for cops, showed them video they felt bad and said we could go. RecommendedFood, ambience, service. Our beers were hot, other than that the food was great as well as the service. We sat on the nice deck.
