Jay is a class act. I clipped a curb that I didn't see late at night and Jay let me bring the car in at 8:30 at night to look and see what damage occurred. He quickly found the damage and ordered the parts that same night. Jay was also keen enough to spot that one of my motor mounts had 4 broken bolts and pancaked bushings, so we ordered the parts to fix that too. We saw Jay's post on Nextdoor that he had key fobs available and we needed a 2nd fob for one of our vehicles. We set up a time to meet and Jay was right on time. He went right to work getting our new fob programmed. We enjoyed getting to know him and learned he owns an auto repair business also. We found him to be very personable and knowledgeable about everything automotive. He is also available 24/7 for lookout service.
