I have used them for many events. Always delicious! Go above and beyond. 5 STARS!
Set a propane grill inside the building at a wedding venue. With almost 200 guest. Not only STUPID...BUT ILLEGAL. The sad part, the manager from the catering service tried to justify these very unsafe actions. By saying "in 25 years, we have never had a problem" After i threatened to call the fire department, they moved the grill.
As the venue manager at the Alexandria Ballrooms, I couldn't ask for a better preferred caterer! Not only is the food amazing, but the staff is friendly and on top of every event. You cannot beat a company that runs on organization and good old reliability. Cannot wait for their next event!
I contracted this company to cater hors d'oeuvres for my mother's funeral service at a mortuary. They were to provide setup and disposable plates and napkins for 100 people. When the service ended, staff at the mortuary informed our family that they had to ask the caterer to stop interrupting the service because he was so loud and disrespectful as he placed the covered platters under the tables on the floor during the service, as well as not providing paper products.
