Been dealing with Jay for the past 17yrs plus and he's been nothing but accommodating. Mainly smaller jobs but the rules are simple, he works on a first come first basis, so if you go and there's a lot of customers, you can choose to wait or come back first thing. If you want appointment, try another shop.
