These owners are known as bullies in Valrico. Any reviews left that aren't 5 stars are quickly bashed and reported as "fake." Jaymer, himself, has over 20 separate e-mail accounts and as soon as a bad feedback is reported, he harrasses with emails, facebook stalking and has even called people asking that they remove their comments. His BBQ is NOT good...try ordering the brisket sliced. LOL. It falls apart because it's so dry. Horrible. I know 2 former employee's who he shoved and cussed at. Read all of the reviews, not just TVIE's – I needed to write something so the pages that get indexed into the various search engines will also pick this up. Chicken Changa = Heaven – I recently experienced a little piece of Heaven in Jaymer's Chicken-Changa. Never in my wildest thoughts would I have thought this would have been as wonderful as it was. When you hear it you think of Mexican foods' Chimi-Changa. NOTHING LIKE IT AT ALL. It has the creamiest smoked chicken salad, thin sliced tomatoes, cheddar cheese and bacon all wrapped in a tortilla and deep fried just long enough to crisp the outside without overheating the inside. NEVER WILL RETURN – I WENT TO JAYMERS LAST WEEK AND ORDERED THEIR BBQ CHICKEN. tHAT EVENING i GOT VERY SICK AND THE dR. SAID IT WAS FOOD POISONING MY CRAMPING WAS AWFUL. THESE REVIEWS MIGHT BE WRITTEN BY THE OWNERS BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS DIRTY AND THAT PIECE OF CHICKEN WAS A LEFTOVER AND WASN'T HANDLE PROPERLY. NEVER EXPERIENCE SOMETHING LIKE THIS. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Most Tender Flavor Filled BBQ – These guys understand the virtue of patience when it comes to BBQ. True smoked meats are both tender and flavorful and this place does it right. There aren't words to describe the taste. You just have to experience the food. Where else can you go and be awed by just eating a burger? Do yourself a favor and just try it. Best BBQ around Tampa Bay. ( I don't work for them, I am just a very impressed customer)

Owners are great! – HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA - I wonder if Jaymer & Cyndi can figure which disgruntled immature ex-employee is Daisy Down. I have known these people for years and they are wonderful people. I know they have a quality product and expect the same from their employees, I guess this one didn't make the cut! Best Pork BBQ EVER!! – While I am not a professional BBQ Judge (although I have been asked to be one) I eaten a lot of BBQ from all across the US including Tampa, Florida, Washington DC, Montgomery, Alabama and Houston, Texas. I'll have to tell you that the BEST pork BBQ I've ever had is at Jaymer BBQ in Valrico, FL. The taste is out of this world; so good that when they ask me what kind of sauce I want, I tell them none. Are you ready for some of the best BBQ in the Tampa bay area???? – Jaymer-Que does it all! I?ve been to most of the Bar B Que spots in the area and Jaymer-Que is fantastic due not only to its meats but also the home-made sides & desserts (you can make it on meat alone but it is even better if you have something delicious to go along to make it a meal). Horrible Owners – The good may be great but the owner is incredibly mean and unprofessional behind closed doors. He treats his eployess terribly and has been known to throw things at them. If you ask me I hope his business fails.
