Asked to get my super long hair cut off completely and she specifically sounded unsure about my decision. Asking if I was sure more than 3 times. I got what I wanted in the end but its best not to question why I wanted it this way. I felt a little on the spot. But otherwise its a good business, just this interaction overall.
Very disappointed with the haircut my son received. He clearly asked for a specific style, but the stylist completely ignored his request and did their own thing. My son was extremely upset and embarrassed by the result. If you can't give a customer the haircut they requested, communicate with them first. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.
