I HAD A VERY GOOD APPT
Dr Rock is an excellent doctor and I would recommend her to any one. She is spot on with advice that concerns me, she has an incredible sense of humor and always makes me feel better
Dr. Rock-Willoughby is always very kind, attentive, and personable, even comparing notes on our families a bit. She found out I don't have a PCP, and encouraged me to get one, and scheduled labs, with her usual tests, that a PCP might otherwise do, just to make sure I'm covered. I left meds off the list because there is no change in meds, and we've discussed them at length in the past.
This doctor is over booked. It is difficult to get an appointment, and follow-up is negligent until the routine scheduled one a half year later appointment on-the-books. No matter what the test result you wait until that time. There is no time made special to address strong concerns. When seen, things can be very nice, and sometimes not nice at all.
A follow-up appointment if a strong concern should be made available. One is unable to get one no matter what until the next routine scheduled appointment, that being many months later. Would she look at this?
