This doctor is over booked. It is difficult to get an appointment, and follow-up is negligent until the routine scheduled one a half year later appointment on-the-books. No matter what the test result you wait until that time. There is no time made special to address strong concerns. When seen, things can be very nice, and sometimes not nice at all.
A follow-up appointment if a strong concern should be made available. One is unable to get one no matter what until the next routine scheduled appointment, that being many months later. Would she look at this?
Always addresses my questions. Personable and makes doctor's visit pleasant. I will be very, very sad when she and her family move.
Saw Dr JRW last week for the first time. I felt we had an instant rapport and I feel very comfortable talking to her about my concerns and issues. So glad I’ll be in her care - hopefully into my 80s.
Dr. Rock-Willoughby is one of 2-3 of the greatest doctors I’ve ever had in my 52 yrs on this earth. She will spend as much time with you as you need her to. She’s extremely friendly but serious about a healthy heart. I really love her.
Wonderful doctor. Knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for my health. Treated my issue with skill and I feel better than I have in years. Caitlin, nurse case manager is so kind and prompt in getting back to any message left after hours. Highly recommend.
Dr. Jamie is very good at explaining my condition and very reassuring. Highly recommend.
She is really nice and listens to my concerns. She came up with my treatment and when I wasn’t able to take the medication she had no problems changing it.
She doesn't listen to her patients. She comes up with a game plan for treatment and when that doesn't work, she refuses to see the patient again.
