After three days of no hot water, Jayk's Plumbing came over within 30 minutes of calling to fix the water heater's damaged heating elements. All of THAT was done by LUNCH! Wow! What great service. He texted pictures of the busted heating elements and he planned to use to replace them. All of this gives you reassurance that things are moving in the right direction and that you know what is going on. Price is more than reasonable and he continues to always impress me no matter what I call him for.
