I have nothing but praise for her professionalism and sincerity. Jayda listened to my concerns, addressed previous tests by other doctors, and confidently assured me that she would figure out my medical situation. I trust her medical knowledge and appreciate her ability to communicate in simple terms. She has a great personality, and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her!
I would give this NP zero stars if it let me. If you want someone to order tests and read the results while she sits sideways in her chair, Jayda is your girl. If you want a provider who actually cares, run as fast as you can to another office. I could go on and on about everything that she said and did to me. I am over 50 and I have never been so disrespected and less cared for in my lifetime. I have actually met 2 people since who are both RN's that had similar horror stories.
