John Muir offered as the only dr in my plan taking new patients. Booked through them. Got emails, phone calls and texts. Show up on time - now, the receptionist say we don’t take your plan. I made a big mistake in picking Dr Hariharan as my primary doctor. I have never met a doctor before where I feel so judged. Dr. Hariharan interrupts, does not listen to me, and seems honestly to not care about me as a person. He seems biased against me. Worse, Dr Hariharan holds my medication hostage, refusing to renew medications that I have been on for years. A few weeks ago, I ended up in the ER with heart palpitations.
