In Jan 2023 I had an appt w/ Dr. Sridhar. After waiting over 3+ hrs the staff told a full waiting rm that he was in Surgery and you can either wait or reschedule. I rescheduled with another Dr. Yet Dr. Sridhar billed me for services he did not perform. He billed me for seeing him which I never did. I was billed for the Tech visit, and imagining which probably shouldn't have been done w/o seeing a Dr. but I paid those. Dr Sridhar listens to your inquiries with a lot of interest and attention. Answer all questions, and explain in details what we must know about our issue. Also, he is very knowledgeable. His reputation at his major field is internationally recognized, this is the reason I wanted to see him. When I left his office, my feeling was that I finally could find a doctor who understands me as a human being and patient. I am very thankful.
He is truly the best Opthalmologist my family have ever had. He is personable, great at explaining things, respectful and understanding of different cultures, so kind and professional. I wish I can make him my PCP, my GYN; whatever specialist I need because doctors like him are extremely rare. You can tell he loves what he does and he love serving others. I was sad to hear that he is no longer in Florida. Wherever he lands they are blessed to have him.
I am lost for words right now. Just called to schedule an appointment only to find out Dr. Sridhar is no longer with Bascom Palmer. I have never meet a doctor that was so awesome he's the only 1 trusted to care for my eyes. He was so personable, caring, understanding and well skilled. I will not stop until I find his new location...he's definitely worth the travel.
