Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Very passionate about his work and very professional and sympathetic to patient.

I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
