Dr. Jay A. Krishnan, MD, performed my recent endoscopy and colonoscopy. He was exceptionally caring, thorough, and professional.
I was suppose to have an appt with the Nurse Practioner. The app time was 2:00pm. I waited until 2:23pm called and was told she would call soon. After 3:30pm, I called again to be told the appt wasn't happening because I didn't to my medical history. The staff member that was suppose to do the history lied and said she tried to reach me 3 timed. She called once the say before under a different doctor's name from a 213 area code. Dr. Krishnan performed my colonoscopy and he provided me with amazing bedside manner, gave me time for questions. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Nursing staff and well as his NPs are 5 stars. I am very satisfied with his care. He is 5 stars. Will be returning.
Youthful and charismatic, Dr. J as he is called by his team, has a wonderful bedside manner and expert technique. He performed a skillful and painless colonoscopy which greatly relieved my anxieties over my GI condition. The nurses and technicians a ound him are sincere admirers of his experience and professionalism. Once I met the man, I could see why. I would unreservedly recommend this specialist to anyone--even for more complex procedures.
