Dr Shukla is great went over all my concerns and issues and treated my conditions very well and I felt respected and listened to I feel grateful to have dr Shukla as my pcp
Please do not use this doctor as your PCP if you're with Kaiser. Upon first meeting him, he was very rude to me and unwilling to help/problem-solve. He was more concerned about 'his time' rather than me as a patient, who had waited over a month to get an appointment with him in the first place. His heart does not appear to be in the right place. Please get someone who actually cares about you and your health!
If I could give a zero I truly would. I am experiencing lower back pain to the point it was difficult to stand without excruciating pain. I made an appoint with this doctor and was skeptical but I needed to know what was going on. The staff was fine. But this doctor came into the room with a nasty attitude. I had a telemedicine call with Dr. Jay Shukla MD and found it to be a very positive experience. He listened carefully to all my health concerns and asked a number of questions regarding my issue. We also discussed my past health and family history, as well as medication. Dr. Shukla was able to diagnosed my problem and discussed a plan to address and resolve my condition.
