They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. I was hoping they would give me an invoice, and they eventually did, but it took a very long time. They definitely should have gotten it to me quicker. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works.
