I am a new patient of Dr. Rechweg. I liked that he was timely with my appointment. He explained the procedure I was to have. Additionally, he set up a hearing test, and he reviewed these results. I felt my exam was thorough in scope. I also was happy with the covid protocols that were in place in this office.
To start, I was in extreme discomfort in my right ear. I was so pleased that my same day appointment was honored, that I was satisfied right from the start. Then, when I arrived on a Saturday morning, the receptionist staff was so kind and very helpful with the new hi tech tablet they used to fill out paper work.
