I love Jay Roberts Jewelers! I always ask for Donna when I stop in, which is fairly often. She’s friendly, patient(since I always have trouble making up my mind), and very knowledgeable. A delightful visit yesterday at Jay Roberts Jewelers in Marlton, NJ. There is such of wealth of jewelry available. Donna provided outstanding service & knowledge helping me select a Breitling Navitimer watch. She handled everything, reviewed the mult packet of information that comes with the watch.. including handing the warranty information too.

I have always had a wonderful experience with great customer service at Jay Roberts! Their jewelry and watches are beautiful. Donna, Gina and Sandy were so helpful and very knowledgeable! I went back the next day and Donna was incredible again! She was really enthusiastic, patient, knew about the jewelry inside and out, was great with sizing, and gave me her attention throughout the entire time I was there- I was so lucky!
