But more important than the merchandise is the fact that you feel like family when you’re there and that you know you’re in good hands that you can truly trust (which is not always the case in this business). I love working with and seeing Sunny, Carrie, Mimi, Olivia, Jane, Donna, Britney, Sandy, Maria, Andy, Jake and (of course) Jay, himself.

Donna and Jay are the best! I came to them with my grandmother’s engagement ring wanting to find a way to make a beautiful memorial piece I could wear and pass to the next generation. Donna and Jay created the most beautiful ring and were able to incorporate all the components of her original ring plus I asked for her birthday stone (emerald) to be incorporated. My fiancé and I have nothing but high praise for Jay Roberts Jewelers. Between an engagement ring and two wedding bands, we have always been welcomed warmly and received excellent customer service. Never pressured to buy, we have genuinely enjoyed the purchase experience every time. We love working with Jay Golde & can't imagine brining our business anywhere else.
My fiancé bought my engagement ring here, and he said the service was great- not pushy, honest, great prices/quality and fast service. Jay worked personally with him to create a gorgeous ring that I absolutely love. Every time I have been in the store everyone is very polite and welcoming. I had to stop in to get the ring resized, and Jay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I asked several questions. Very happy to support their business.
The staff was so helpful and kind when I came in to have my wedding band and engagement ring cut off because of my pregnancy is causing so much swelling. It was a last resort decision that we had to do because of how much pain I was in but the staff helped me feel better about having to have it done We’ll definitely be returning to them to have the rings repaired after delivery.
