Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; they are an expert at what they do. Does the chiropractor customize their treatment to meet the needs of your specific condition? Definitely! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They are always more than happy to answer questions, and actually welcome questions. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office? They were average Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long
